The job diary keeps a record of the clients details, allows you to attach notes, upload any type of file, image, quote or any other relevant information to ensure all staff are kept up to date.

ServiceM8 is not an accounting program but ensures you get paid for each job either instantly through Stripe or raising an invoice in your accounting package and integrates with Xero, Quickbooks Online and MYOB.

There are add-ons which are modules for the ServiceM8 that can automate recurring jobs, shows job costing, systemise both compliance and processes in your business by creating customized forms, send and receive work orders from other ServiceM8 users, online booking forms, partial or progressive invoicing, booking reminders, mailchimp, customer feed back and much more!!
